How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 30 days with every source, unlimited reports and Understand Why, with no card. When it ends the account moves to Lite on its own, nothing is charged, and your reports stay. Upgrade any time during or after the trial.

What's included in the free plan?

Lite is free with no card: one live report across three sources (Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Business Profile), shared by a link that is always current. Understand Why comes with the paid plans, and with your 30-day trial.

Do my clients need an account?

No. You connect your accounts once; clients open a share link and see live data in their browser, with no login on their end.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from your account page. Billing runs through Stripe.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Annual is two months free: Pro is $490 a year, which is $41 a month instead of $49; Team is $1,490 a year, $124 a month instead of $149. The same applies to every paid plan.
